CrossCountry has signed up to become the official Travel Partner for the 2009 Reading and Leeds Festivals and is offering the rare opportunity to win a pair of sought-after ‘weekend camping’ tickets for each of the popular music events.

Tickets for the two hugely anticipated summer festivals, taking place from 28th-30th August, have now sold out following the recent announcement that headlining will be acts such as Arctic Monkeys, Kings of Leon and Radiohead.

Andy Cooper, CrossCountry’s Managing Director said, “Summer is a great time of the year and music festivals are so popular, especially in 2009 with more people staying in Britain.

"We want to encourage as many people as possible to travel to the Reading and Leeds Festivals by train and hope everyone who missed out on the chance to get hold of a ticket through the normal channels will enter CrossCountry’s competition.”

The Reading and Leeds Festivals ticket competition and ticket alerts can be accessed via the CrossCountry website, following the steps from the link http://tinyurl.com/d4nn8e
