The app puts users into the studio allowing them to take a full 360 degree tour
Euro RSCG London has created the first ever 360 degree 3D app of Leonardo da Vinci's studio to coincide with the National Gallery's exhibition: 'Leonardo da Vinci: Painter at the Court of Milan', which started on November 9. This is part of a wider campaign which includes print, digital and outdoor stands showcasing Credit Suisse's sponsorship of the exhibition.
The app allows a peek into the studio and a QR code to download the app directly from the app store onto your device. The app is currently available on iOS (iPad and iPhone) and on Android. It allows people the opportunity to take a virtual tour around Leonardo da Vinci’s studio in the Court of Milan in the 15th Century, stopping to find out more about the surroundings, the paintings and other features along the way.
The global ad campaign, which launched in early November, includes outdoor (including a large hoarding outside the National Gallery), print, digital and even iPad stands at major airports.

This is a unique view into the artists world. Inspired by the paintings and literature of the era, this is a detailed recreation of Leonardo’s Milan studio, as it would have been in the 1490s. Look around, explore what’s on his tables, his shelves and his easel, discover how the paint was made to create his masterpieces, the techniques he utilised, and experience what the working life would have been like for one the world’s most celebrated artists.
