Euro RSCG London has developed new and proprietary software to monitor, analyse and visualise the social media debate for this year's Cannes Festival.
Using a sophisticated algorithm, the software will dynamically update a leader board of the most influential companies, people and tweets driving the Cannes social media conversation. At any moment in time, the algorithm will be processing 10,000 Twitter feeds from Cannes Lions including tweets, hashtags, delegate twitter handles and influence scores.
The data will be showcased in a cutting edge, live and interactive touch-screen experience in the Havas Café, which is located at the Carlton Hotel. The visualisation will be shown live in the Café for the duration of the Festival providing a fully interactive experience for visitors. Euro RSCG London will be providing regular Twitter updates to highlight who the daily social media influencers are in the Cannes conversation, with the most influential across categories being announced on Monday 27th June.
The visualisation has been developed by the Cupola Lab, the digital capability which sits at the heart of Euro RSCG London and provides services including social media, search, mobile, digital build and development.
